I'm Peter Mackay
“Good communication is very important to me; my ability to liaise between clients, council authorities, and sub-contractors creates a clear communication channel crucial to all successful projects.
“I have a good group of sub-contractors to call on; I recommend architects and draughtsmen depending on your requirements. Therefore I cover architecturally designed renovations, also new house builds, to create for the client a city or rural lifestyle, depending on your needs.”
Peter moved to Napier from Scotland in 2004 and with his building/joinery background from abroad he specializes in renovation and alteration to older buildings, in this case classic old villas.
He spent five years in a good joiners workshop in Paisley, west coast of Scotland, working on shopfitting, construction work and finishing work.
Peter Mackay is now based in Napier. The company’s number one goal is to provide an efficient, quality building experience from initial concept to completion, — including renovations, alterations and new builds for both residential construction and light-commercial.
Having a good eye for detail, problem solving, working to a high standard, he sources new material to match existing material in old Villa's, allowing him to leave quality workmanship.
